Traditionally, teachers were the holders of knowledge and their role was to import
this knowledge to students. Nowadays, and as internet is becoming available for all students, the role of teachers has changed to developing skills and tools to guide and assist students to analyze critically the available information. So effective teaching is going beyond successful transference of knowledge, but creating atmosphere for students to analyze, develop, create and demonstrate understanding.

- Effective teachers have willingness to knowledge , at least three, knowledge bases about subject they teach, human development and pedagogy.
- Effective teachers open toward reflection and problem solving.
These attributes of effective teachers are crucial themes.
your right malak these are the most effective habits that a teacher must have, it also needs to have the ability to deal with students that have different disabilities.since they have the right also to be in classes with normal students.
ReplyDeleteI think this should be wide spread for all teachers and teachers to be, because we highly are in need of effective teachers in our schools in Lebanon. We are missing out a lot of all the new approaches we can use.
